I contacted Buddy Bright for a soft wash of my tile roof and filled out an estimate form on their website. Even though it was a Sunday, they reached out via text immediately and had an appointment set up for Monday morning. Ivan arrived right on time for the assessment. He used a drone to show me exactly how bad the moss coverage was and also offered to check and clean my gutters. The estimate was incredibly reasonable, so I scheduled the cleaning for the very next morning. At 8:00 AM sharp on Tuesday, Josiah and Asher arrived. They introduced themselves, walked me through the process, and took great care to protect all of my surrounding garden beds. They even sprayed down all the walkways once the roof was done. When the project was complete, they showed me before-and-after photos, and wow—it looks so nice! You can’t see the entire roof or the middle from the ground, so I hadn’t realized just how bad the moss had gotten. On top of the beautiful cleaning, they checked for any shifted or cracked tiles, giving me the peace of mind of a full roof inspection. Plus, the service comes with a fantastic three-year warranty.
