"If your roof is dirty call them! I came across a Thriving Homes ad online and reached out and got a message immediately for scheduling an estimate for washing our roof and windows. Ivan showed up and was very thorough in explaining everything and his pricing structure was very competitive compared to all other companies. His system is simple and extremely effective. He removed all off the moss off our roof, blew everything clean, applied an oxygen bleach soft wash, and then rinsed. Our roof is night and day different and looks so clean now! Soft washing is gentled and effective compared to the harshness of pressure washing that can damage your concrete tiles. I highly recommend working with Ivan to get your roof cleaned.
