Residential Pressure Washing, Roof to Driveway
Out in Natomas and the Pocket, homes are mostly stucco on open ground. The stucco takes a heavy dust load with little shade to slow it down. In East Sacramento the brick accents and shaded front walks tell a different story. Whatever your home is made of, we clean it from the roof down to the driveway.
- House Washing: We soft wash the siding at low pressure with a mild sodium hypochlorite and surfactant mix. The same gentle process works on stucco, vinyl, Hardie board, fiber cement, and brick.
- Roof Cleaning: We brush and blow the moss, algae, and lichen off first, then soft wash the roof to kill what’s left at the root. We clean asphalt shingle, concrete tile, metal, and cedar shake.
- Window Cleaning: A deionized water-fed pole leaves the outside glass spot-free, interiors get finished by hand, and screens, tracks, and sills come in by tier.
- Gutter Cleaning: We clean by hand when the debris is wet and blow the gutters out when it’s dry, then flush and flow-test every downspout. Gutter brightening is available to take the dark streaks off the gutter faces.
- Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: A round surface cleaner gives driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, and garage floors an even finish. Sensitive stone, brick, and pavers get a gentler pump-sprayer treatment, and we assess any stains on site before we start.
- Deck Cleaning: Decks never see a surface cleaner or hard pressure. We match the chemical to the material, whether it’s wood, composite, or plastic, and lift the dirt at low pressure.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: We clean panels with deionized water and soft brushes, no chemicals, and we never walk on them. Rain alone will not clean a panel.
- Christmas Light Installation: We design and hang custom-cut commercial-grade C9 lights on your roofline, then handle the maintenance, the January takedown, and off-season storage.
Outside glass is worth a clean every three to six months, and driveways and concrete hold up best with a wash once a year.
