We set out an A-frame safety sign and fill our onboard tanks from a spigot on the property. Then we meet your on-site contact and walk through the plan before anyone starts.
Buildings and roofs get our soft-wash system at garden-hose pressure, under 100 PSI. We apply a sodium hypochlorite and surfactant mix, matched to the surface, with stucco taking the stronger blend. Where roofs are in the scope, that SH treatment kills moss, algae, and lichen at the root. Exterior windows are cleaned with a water-fed pole fed by deionized water through three-stage filtration, so the glass dries with no spots. A two-person crew runs the building.
Flat surfaces get a round surface cleaner for an even finish on the concrete. Dumpster pads and parking areas get a degreaser worked in first to lift the built-up grime.
We take before-and-after photos and walk the property with you or your on-site contact. Payment is due on receipt, and we accept cash, checks, Zelle, and cards. Net-30 or net-60 terms are possible on contracts. You won’t be invoiced until the work is right.
