Josiah and Andrew were amazing!. I couldn’t have been more pleased. They were punctual, they explained the entire process, they took care to protect the foliage (and were even friendly to my annoying dog who kept dropping her toys at their feet.). However, I was a little disappointed because I thought they would bring Buddy, but maybe next time.

When Josiah arrived for the scheduled appointment, on time, he was extremely hardworking and communicated with us about the work being done. He was very efficient during the entire job. Josiah - the primary person, was pleasant, knowledgeable and did a good job. Ivan then came for the soft washing. Checking roof after they finished, it looked very clean with all the moss removed. Had no damage to plants and they cleaned up well.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I will absolutely do so when I truly believe in a company. I contacted Buddy Bright for a soft wash of my tile roof and filled out an estimate form on their website. Even though it was a Sunday, they reached out via text immediately and had an appointment set up for Monday morning. Ivan arrived right on time for the assessment. He used a drone to show me exactly how bad the moss coverage was and also offered to check and clean my gutters. The estimate was incredibly reasonable, so I scheduled the cleaning for the very next morning. At 8:00 AM sharp on Tuesday, Josiah and Asher arrived. They introduced themselves, walked me through the process, and took great care to protect all of my surrounding garden beds. They even sprayed down all the walkways once the roof was done. When the project was complete, they showed me before-and-after photos, and wow—it looks so nice! You can’t see the entire roof or the middle from the ground, so I hadn’t realized just how bad the moss had gotten. On top of the beautiful cleaning, they checked for any shifted or cracked tiles, giving me the peace of mind of a full roof inspection. Plus, the service comes with a fantastic three-year warranty. Buddy Bright is an honest, hardworking company, and you can really feel the passion they have for their work. They are the only team I will call for any future pressure cleaning needs. Excellent work & superb communication

Had the moss,leaves and dirt removed from a 20 year old roof. They did a manual brush off followed by the Soft Wash. This was not an easy job but from pictures and as much as I can see, they did a great job. I would recommend them as they wre professional, courteous and took care to clean up any debris.

You can tell Ivan takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing a quality job. I’m extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Buddy Bright to anyone looking to have their roof cleaned. Great service and great guy!

Responded quickly to my request for a quote. Owner came to my house and provided 3 different options for roof cleaning. Upon quote acceptance, Buddy Bright was able to clean roof the next day. 3-year warranty for soft wash chemical cleaning.

Their work was for my rental house that State Farm was going to cancel due to "mold" on the roof.BB assured me it was only moss and that They had many requests to clean roofs , awnings and gutters due to insurance threats to cancel. They took before and after pictures along with references of work in the invoice. They were out there the same day and sent all documents to me that afternoon. Their $900 was a fair price. I'd use them again!
