Residential Pressure Washing, From the House to the Shop Slab
Penryn homes tend to be single-story and ranch-style on acreage. Most have stucco siding, native granite walls and walkways, and long concrete drives that run back to detached shops and orchard outbuildings. Here is what we clean on a typical property.
- House Washing: We soft wash siding at garden-hose pressure, so stucco, vinyl, Hardie board, and brick all get the same gentle treatment. It lifts the dust, moss, cobwebs, and light organic film without putting hard pressure on the surface.
- Roof Cleaning: We never put pressure on a roof. Our soft wash kills moss, algae, and lichen down at the root on asphalt shingle, concrete tile, metal, and cedar shake.
- Window Cleaning: Outside glass is cleaned with purified deionized water on a water-fed pole, which leaves no spots, and inside glass is done by hand. Where a pole cannot reach, we ladder to each window.
- Gutter Cleaning: We hand-clean gutters when the debris is wet and blow them out when it is dry, then flush every downspout and check that it flows. Gutter brightening is an add-on that takes the dark streaks off the gutter faces.
- Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: A round surface cleaner gives concrete drives, patios, walkways, pool decks, garage floors, and shop slabs an even finish. Granite and other stone, brick, and pavers get a gentler pump-sprayer treatment and a light rinse instead. If your concrete is stained, we’ll tell you up front that some of the stain may come out and some may not, and we’ll only proceed once you’re comfortable with that.
- Deck Cleaning: Decks never see a surface cleaner or hard pressure. We match the cleaning approach to the material, whether it is redwood, cedar, composite, or PVC.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Rain does not actually clean panels, so we do it with purified deionized water and soft brushes, no chemicals and no spots left behind. We never walk on your panels. If a panel is damaged or the roof can’t be worked safely, we’ll tell you rather than risk it.
- Christmas Light Installation: We design custom-cut, commercial-grade C9 lights on-site, install them, and handle the maintenance, takedown, and storage. Bushes, wreaths, and tree lighting can be added.
Most owners out here book one spring cleaning that covers the house, the driveway, and the outbuilding slabs together, and orchard parcels sometimes add a pass on the flatwork after harvest. For upkeep, we suggest exterior windows every three to six months and driveways once a year.
