Residential Pressure Washing for Acreage Drives and Shop Slabs
Homes here are mostly stucco, with long concrete driveways and detached shop slabs on the acreage parcels and standard driveways on the smaller subdivision lots. We pressure wash the concrete and soft wash everything that is not concrete, so the right method goes on the right surface.
- House Washing: A low-pressure soft wash that lifts dust, moss, cobwebs, and light organic film from stucco, vinyl, Hardie board, and brick.
- Roof Cleaning: Moss, algae, and lichen off asphalt shingle, concrete tile, metal, and cedar shake, with a drone look at the roof first.
- Window Cleaning: A deionized water-fed pole outside and hand squeegee work inside, with tracks vacuumed, on double-hung windows, sliders, picture windows, and skylights.
- Gutter Cleaning: Cleaned by hand or blower with every downspout flushed and flow-tested, on 5-inch and 7-inch seamless gutters. Gutter brightening is available for the dark streaks on the gutter faces.
- Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: Driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, and garage floors, with stone, brick, and pavers handled gently.
- Deck Cleaning: Low pressure and no surface cleaner, on wood like redwood and cedar, composite, and plastic or PVC.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Deionized water and soft brushes, no chemicals, and we never walk on the panels. Rain does not clean them.
We recommend cleaning driveways and concrete once a year, best in spring after the needles finish dropping, and exterior windows every three to six months.
