Residential Pressure Washing for Fair Oaks Ranch Homes
Fair Oaks is mostly single-story ranch homes on quarter- to half-acre lots, with brick and stucco fronts and plenty of driveway and patio to keep clean. Here is what we handle for a home:
- House Washing: A soft wash at low pressure for stucco, vinyl, Hardie board, and brick. Same gentle method on every siding, lifting dust, moss, cobwebs, and the light organic film that builds up.
- Roof Cleaning: Asphalt shingle, concrete tile, metal, and cedar shake. We fly a drone over the roof first. Then the harnessed crew brushes off the moss, blows the roof clean, and clears the gutters before any treatment goes down. The roof keeps looking better for weeks after we leave.
- Window Cleaning: Single-hung, double-hung, sliders, casement, French pane, picture windows, and skylights. Outside, a water-fed pole with deionized water leaves no spots. Inside, we clean by hand and detail with squeegee and towel. Screens, tracks, and sills come with the visit you pick.
- Gutter Cleaning: Five-inch and seven-inch seamless gutters, cleaned by hand when the debris is wet and blown out when it is dry. Every downspout gets flushed and flow-tested. Gutter brightening is an add-on that takes the dark streaks off the gutter faces.
- Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: Driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and garage floors. We pre-treat, then run a round surface cleaner for an even finish. Softer stone, brick, and pavers get a pump-up sprayer and a light rinse instead. Around a pool, we keep the dirty runoff out of the water.
- Deck Cleaning: Never a surface cleaner and never hard pressure. We match the cleaning mix to the wood, composite, or PVC and lift the grime with a low-pressure rinse.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Rooftop and ground-mounted arrays, cleaned with purified deionized water and soft brushes, no chemicals. Rain does not actually clean panels, and we never walk on them.
We suggest exterior windows every three to six months, interior windows once a year, and driveways and concrete once a year. The long drives on the bigger lots off Sunset Avenue and the bluff lots mean more concrete per visit. The brick fronts along Madison Avenue get a mortar-safe mix.
