Residential Pressure Washing for Steep Driveways and Hillside Homes
Most homes here are two-story stucco on hillside lots, with single-story stucco in the age-restricted community south of Highway 50. Nearly all of them come with steep concrete driveways, walkways, and patios. We clean the whole exterior:
- House Washing: We soft wash stucco, vinyl, Hardie board, and brick, lifting off the dust, moss, and cobwebs that settle on the siding and gutter faces.
- Roof Cleaning: We soft wash asphalt shingle, concrete tile, metal, and cedar shake roofs to clear moss, algae, and lichen. We clean out the gutters while we are up there.
- Window Cleaning: We clean exterior glass with a deionized water-fed pole that reaches up to forty feet, do the insides by hand, and vacuum the tracks. Sliders, double-hung windows, skylights, and picture windows are all covered.
- Gutter Cleaning: We hand-clean 5-inch and 7-inch seamless gutters when the debris is wet, blow them out when it is dry, then flush and flow-test every downspout. Gutter brightening is available as an add-on for the dark streaks on the gutter faces.
- Driveway & Concrete Cleaning: Driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, and garage floors get a surface cleaner for an even finish. Softer stone, brick, and pavers get a pump sprayer and a light rinse instead, and we clean pool decks so no runoff reaches the water.
- Deck Cleaning: Redwood, cedar, composite, and PVC decks get low pressure only, never a surface cleaner, with a mix chosen so it will not harm the wood.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Rooftop and ground-mounted panels get purified water and soft brushes, no chemicals. Rain does not wash off the dust film, and we never walk on the panels.
We suggest cleaning driveways and concrete once a year, exterior windows every three to six months, and interior windows yearly. Owners over in the Four Seasons community tend to book on a yearly cycle.
